If you provided the wrong address during checkout, the address can be changed only if your order has not left our shipping department.

You can change the order address only on the same day until midnight (23:59 same day).

You can take C-Gel without meals, at any time of the day. 15-30 minutes before your big performance, simply open the lid, put your lips on the mouthpiece, squeeze the gel out of the bag and off you go.

Yes, you can do it more often with C-Gel.

C-Gel can be taken once daily. However, it should not be taken more frequently as the maximum frequency of intake is once a day.

C-Gel is used for men with erectile dysfunction. Due to the vasodilating effect, the blood can flow better into the penis during sexual stimulation and thus lead to an erection.

Tadalafil belongs to the group of active ingredients called phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (PDE-5 inhibitors), which also include sildenafil and vardenafil. Unlike the related active ingredients, Tadalafil is said to have a particularly long duration of action of up to 36 hours.

Other areas of application include pulmonary hypertension and benign enlargements of the prostate.

Cialis must not be taken if: simultaneous treatment with organic nitrates or nitric oxide donors (e.g. amyl nitrite) for the treatment of high blood pressure or angina pectoris.

C-Gel follows the same principles of action as Viagra by inhibiting phosphodiesterase-5.

Regarding cardiovascular complications, the same applies to tadalafil as to sildenafil. Both substances are contraindicated in patients taking organic nitrates or NO donors, as life-threatening drops in blood pressure can occur if taken at the same time.

Tadalafil works by blocking phosphodiesterase-5, which in turn delays the breakdown of cyclic guanine monophosphate (cGMP) – the blood vessels dilate.
